What every teaching role at PHLOEM asks of you
We are looking for motivated, experienced CBSE curriculum teachers with a strong academic background and a real interest in how children learn. You will teach and mentor students from KG 1 to Grade 12, follow the CBSE curriculum closely, manage a classroom well, and build lessons that put the student at the centre.
Experience
At least one year of teaching, ideally with the CBSE curriculum at a school or learning centre.
Communication
Excellent spoken and written English, and the ease to talk with students and parents alike.
Technology
Comfortable with digital teaching tools, smart classrooms and online lessons.

Kindergarten Teacher
Teach KG 1 and KG 2 through engaging, age-appropriate lessons in a warm, well-run classroom.
Montessori diploma + a degree- Qualification: Montessori or an equivalent diploma, plus a bachelor’s degree in any subject.
- Experience: minimum 1 year of teaching, preferably CBSE.
- Teaching: plans and delivers student-centred lessons for young learners.
- Classroom: keeps a positive, disciplined and supportive environment.
- English and digital tools, as above.
Homeroom Teacher
Own a class day to day: its lessons, its progress, and the conversations with parents that go with it.
teacher training + a degree- Qualification: Montessori, any teacher training course or an equivalent diploma, plus a bachelor’s degree in any subject.
- Experience: minimum 1 year of teaching, preferably CBSE.
- Student development: spots learning needs, gives academic support and motivates students.
- Classroom: keeps a positive, disciplined and supportive environment.
- English and digital tools, as above.
Language Teacher
We are hiring teachers of English, Hindi, Arabic and Malayalam for the CBSE curriculum.
degree + B.Ed. in the language- Qualification: bachelor’s or master’s degree in the language, plus a B.Ed. in that subject.
- Experience: minimum 1 year of teaching, preferably CBSE.
- Teaching: student-centred lessons for different age groups.
- Student development: spots learning needs and motivates students.
- English and digital tools, as above.
Subject Teacher
We are hiring teachers of Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Computer Science and IT, and Social Science, up to Grade 12.
degree + B.Ed. in the subject- Qualification: bachelor’s or master’s degree in the subject, plus a B.Ed. in that subject.
- Experience: minimum 1 year of teaching, preferably CBSE.
- Teaching: student-centred lessons for different age groups.
- Student development: spots learning needs and motivates students.
- English and digital tools, as above.
Internships
Hands-on internships in videography, video editing and digital marketing, working on real content for PHLOEM and its Junior Creative Lab.
bring a portfolio if you have one- Videography: shooting classes, events and short-form content.
- Editing: cutting reels and videos for Instagram and the website.
- Digital marketing: social media, content and campaign support.
