The timetable
Almost nobody publishes one. We do, because it is the whole difference: this is a full day in a room, not an hour after one.

Every grade begins
KG 1 through Grade 10, in small groups, at all three centres.
KG 1 and KG 2 finish
Three hours and ten minutes is the right length of a day at that age.
Grade 1 to Grade 10 finish
Six hours and ten minutes, Monday to Friday, on the CBSE syllabus.
Concept teaching
The syllabus taught properly the first time, in a group small enough that the tutor sees every face.
Homework, done here
Written work happens in the room, where someone can answer the question the moment it is asked rather than at nine that evening.
Exam preparation
Past papers and timed practice, weighted towards the grades where a board exam is coming.
Who the programme is for

KG 1 and KG 2
The KG day runs 09:00 to 12:10. It is not a shortened version of the older children’s timetable — at four and five years old the work is pre-reading, pre-writing and early number, done in short pieces with a great deal of repetition and almost no sitting still.
We write KG 1 and KG 2 because that is the convention here, and it is what parents in Abu Dhabi search for. If you know these years by another name, they are the same two years.
Both run at all three centres, and transport is available.
Grade 1 to Grade 10
The older grades keep going until 15:10. Below is the same corner of the same centre, photographed three times in one day — which is the simplest way to show what “a full day” actually means.
Every subject on the CBSE syllabus
We follow the CBSE syllabus, so what gets taught is simply what the board prescribes for that grade. Through the primary years that means English, Hindi, Mathematics and Environmental Studies, taught slowly enough that the foundation actually holds.
From Grade 6 the syllabus opens into Science and Social Science alongside English, Hindi and Mathematics. We follow Indian Social Science rather than UAE Social Studies. Arabic and Hindi are taught up to Grade 10, as are Islamic Education and Moral Education.
Grades 9 and 10 carry the weight of a board year, and the timetable shifts towards past papers and written practice as those exams get closer.
The assessment, and the plan
- A free trial class. A real day, not a meeting. Your child sits in, works, and you decide afterwards.
- A cognitive assessment, if required. Not every child needs one. Where it will tell us something we cannot see from the work, we run it, and it is free.
- A learning plan, in writing. What we found, what we are going to do about it, and roughly how long it should take.
- Progress checks. The plan is revisited rather than filed. If it was wrong, we say so and change it.

All three run the full programme, and transport is available for all of them.

Questions parents ask
Can my child join mid-term?
Yes. Children join at every point in the year, and the plan is built from where your child actually is rather than from the date on the calendar. The trial class and, where it helps, the assessment tell us where that is.
What happens if my child is more than a year behind?
We teach from where the gap starts, not from the grade on the form. That sometimes means going back two years in one subject while staying on grade level in another. It is written into the plan so you can see it, and it is the most common reason parents come to us.
Do you provide books and materials?
Tell us which books your child already has and we will tell you honestly what else is needed. We would rather you did not buy a second copy of something sitting at home.
Is there transport, and from where?
Transport is available for every programme at all three centres — Hamdan Street, Madinat Zayed and Mussaffah. Tell us where you live and we will tell you whether we already run near you.
